The short version
We do not store your conversations. Ever.
What the extension does
When you explicitly invoke ReplyFluent (button or keyboard shortcut), it reads the visible conversation text around the input field on the current page and sends it, together with your draft, to our server, which forwards it to an AI model provider (OpenAI or Google) to generate your reply. This happens only on explicit invocation — the extension never reads pages in the background.
What we store
- Account data: your email address and Google account identifier (for sign-in), your subscription plan, and monthly usage counters.
- Conversations, drafts, and generated replies: nothing. They are processed in-flight and are not logged or persisted on our servers.
- Writing style profile and examples: stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage), not on our servers. The distilled profile is sent with generation requests but not persisted.
Third parties
- AI providers (OpenAI, Google): receive conversation context and drafts to generate replies, under their API data policies (not used for training per their API terms).
- Paddle: payment processing. We never see your card details.
- Cloudflare: hosting and account database.
Your rights
Email hello@replyfluent.com to delete your account and all associated data, or to request an export. Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored data.
